THE BEACH & MOUNTAINS
Barmouth beach has a huge sandy section with donkeys, pirate ship, trampolines and the famous tiki head. Stretching north are the dunes then a further mile of golden sands to the end of the promenade.

Protecting the town are the hills of the Rhinogs and over the estuary is Cader Idris. There are plenty of walking opportunities all year round.
THE GOOD LIFE
Barmouth has it all. Amusements, a small fair, a beach that never gets packed. There are many eateries to choose from catering for all. Then there's Old Barmouth; houses that look like they're built on top of each other with narrow steep paths and lanes leading up to the first piece of land donated to the National Trust, Dinas Oleu.
